- Orders placed before 6 PM are processed the same day
- Orders placed after 6 PM are processed the next business day

Shipping Charges
- Inside Dhaka: ৳ 70
- Outside Dhaka: ৳ 120
For heavy or bulk orders, shipping charges may vary slightly depending on courier policy.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available nationwide.
Customers must keep their phone active & reachable on delivery day.

Order Not Delivered?
If your parcel is delayed, missing, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact us within 48 hours with:

- Tracking number
- Phone number
