Refund Policy

At Dazzlora, your satisfaction is our top priority. We take great care to ensure that every product is checked, polished, and packed carefully before shipping. However, if you face any issue with the items you receive, we are here to help.

Eligibility for Refund or Replacement

You may request a refund or replacement under the following conditions:

✔ Damaged Product

If the product arrives broken, bent, missing stones, scratched, or physically damaged.

✔ Wrong Item Sent

If the item you receive is different from what you ordered (design, color, size, or quantity mismatch).

✔ Defective Product

If the product has manufacturing issues, loose stones, poor lock quality, or structural defects upon receipt.

✔ Incomplete Parcel

If the parcel does not contain all the items that were included in the order.

Very Important: To claim any refund or replacement, you must provide a full unboxing video starting from the unopened package.
Without an unboxing video, claims cannot be accepted (for fairness and transparency).


Non-refundable / Non-returnable Items

We do NOT accept returns or refunds in the following cases:

  • Products that have been used or worn
  • Items damaged due to customer mishandling
  • Items without unboxing video proof
  • Orders where the customer simply “changed their mind” after delivery
  • Clearance sale, discount, bundle, or promotional items
  • Slight color differences due to lighting or screen resolution
  • Allergic reaction to imitation metal (varies person to person)

Refund Process

If your request is approved:

  • Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days
  • Refunds are issued through Bkash, Nagad, or bank transfer
  • In case of replacement, the product will be reshipped within 1–2 business days
