Eligibility for Refund or Replacement
You may request a refund or replacement under the following conditions:
✔ Damaged Product
If the product arrives broken, bent, missing stones, scratched, or physically damaged.
✔ Wrong Item Sent
If the item you receive is different from what you ordered (design, color, size, or quantity mismatch).
✔ Defective Product
If the product has manufacturing issues, loose stones, poor lock quality, or structural defects upon receipt.
✔ Incomplete Parcel
If the parcel does not contain all the items that were included in the order.
Very Important: To claim any refund or replacement, you must provide a full unboxing video starting from the unopened package.
Without an unboxing video, claims cannot be accepted (for fairness and transparency).
❌ Non-refundable / Non-returnable Items
We do NOT accept returns or refunds in the following cases:
- Products that have been used or worn
- Items damaged due to customer mishandling
- Items without unboxing video proof
- Orders where the customer simply “changed their mind” after delivery
- Clearance sale, discount, bundle, or promotional items
- Slight color differences due to lighting or screen resolution
- Allergic reaction to imitation metal (varies person to person)
Refund Process
If your request is approved:
- Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days
- Refunds are issued through Bkash, Nagad, or bank transfer
- In case of replacement, the product will be reshipped within 1–2 business days
